We take great pride in our Austin office staff, who efficiently and professionally handle all tour bookings, airline reservations, and most pre- and post-tour exchanges with our clients. Additionally, they work hard to make each tour a success not only for our participants but also for our guides, by ensuring that all tour arrangements have been carefully planned well in advance.

Business Manager Peggy Watson directs and oversees our office staff and operational tasks and is an owner of the company.

Tour Managers Karen Turner, Sharon Mackie, Teresa Paschall, and Maggie Burnett are each responsible for a set of tours. The manager responsible for the tour you are booking will see you through the entire process, whether you are registering for the tour, making flight arrangements, or inquiring about the specific clothing, equipment, or other details of the trip -- one person will take care of you from beginning to end.

Administrative Assistant Tiara Westcott (not shown) facilitates the work of Peggy and the tour managers and oversees the flow of materials and information into and out of the office.
