We'll have a complete description of this new tour in this space soon, but for now here's the nutshell version:
A fresh itinerary for those South and Central Florida specialties you've been wanting to see, from Mangrove Cuckoo, Antillean Nighthawk, Black-whiskered Vireo, Masked Booby, and Brown Noddy to Florida Scrub-Jay, Red-cockaded Woodpecker, Bachman's Sparrow, Short-tailed Hawk--plus much more!
Our expected route in brief: After a first night in Miami we will bird down the Keys to Key West and then make a day trip out to the Dry Tortugas. We'll have a morning to bird the Key West area before returning to Homestead. We'll spend a day birding the Everglades, then on to Loxahatchee before moving north to Kissimmee area to seek out some of the Central Florida specialties such as Snail Kite, Red-cockaded Woodpecker, Bachman's Sparrow, and Short-tailed Hawk.
