Nicole first joined the Field Guides team in 1999 and returned as a Tour Manager in 2018 after taking time away to raise her family. She manages tours throughout the United States, Mexico and Central America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
As a Tour Manager, Nicole works closely with travelers, tour leaders, and suppliers to ensure every trip comes together smoothly. One of her favorite parts of the job is building relationships with travelers and tour leaders while helping create memorable travel experiences from start to finish.
Nicole also serves on Field Guides's Scheduling Committee, helping shape the company's future tour offerings and worldwide birding program.
Originally from Tennessee, Nicole is an avid tennis player and a lifelong Tennessee Volunteers fan. Outside of work, she and her husband, Mark, enjoy hiking, kayaking, traveling, gardening, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter, Samantha, family and friends, her pets, and appreciating the beauty of nature and wildlife. Nicole considers it a privilege to help others discover the remarkable birds, landscapes, and cultures that make every Field Guides tour so memorable.
